This is the first major publication and exhibition devoted to a comparative view of the work of Georgia O’Keeffe and Ansel Adams, two towering figures of twentieth-century American art. More than one hundred duotone and four-color reproductions of paintings and photographs, accompanied by critical essays, reveal telling parallels and differences between the artists’ unique vision of the natural world. The traveling exhibition "Georgia O’Keeffe and Ansel Adams: Natural Affinities" has been organized by the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, Santa Fe.
